It seemed to me that more or less everyone fell off tackles in The Cas game, and I don't know why you'd single anyone out in that truly poor performance. Russ to WRD point Brierley missed 3 tackles as last man, that is not good enough and needs to be better. Innes Senior ran riot that game, hopefully this has been addressed.

Do not want to be too harsh here but naming 19 players after a two week break is ridiculous. I know some of the team went to the Med for a few days last week as they were given time off which is their prerogative. However we face London in 2 days and have less fit players than v Cas with a break. No idea why Stone or Nofa are not in the squad? Big Sidlow had a freak accident on the training ground and Bourouh is banned. We know why Singo, Hellewell and Hankinson are not playing longer term injuries. We need to give Chinese Dragon Boat racing a miss and get players fit - Wait until JJR sees the Dragon Boat racing. I expect Morgan and Foster to drop out, we should still have enough to beat this London side. I do not understand how we've lost two players with a two week break, the Sidlow injury is unfortunate. We need a massive effort tomorrow.

I have never liked calling one particular player out in a team sport but their you go. I was at the Cas v Wigan you should have seen the tackles that they missed that day, that Langworthy Juniors would have done better.

You're quite correct about Brierley's 3 tackles but alot of FB's put under so much pressure by their team's awful first line defence would be grateful to come away with only 3, TBF!

But this is always worrying
"JC: I think the Cup weekend break will have been welcomed by Mike Eccles and his London Broncos as a chance to pause and reset for the next run of games. The effort and attitude of the Broncos this year has to be commended, but Salford’s attack has looked as potent as ever despite the big losses to their personnel this year. Form predicts a heavy scoreline in Salford’s favour.
Jodie’s pick: Salford by 48
DD: Both teams had a week off last week due to the Challenge Cup quarter-finals taking place, which will give both teams a chance to refresh and regroup with a quarter of the Super League season having already been played. Salford will want to make amends for their shock defeat at Castleford last time out, so I’m expecting a big response from Paul Rowley’s men.
Drew’s pick: Salford by 28"
We can all wait for the Bronco's first win of the season if all the pundits think we're on a easy win!

2019 was the last time we played London Broncos over three matches
Won 24-0 at Home
30-10 and
58-26 victories at Ealing.
I'll go for a win by 18 points.

I watched Leeds v Hudds and I thought I'm not sure SRD could take either of these sides as well.

Why can’t we just play simple rugby for the first 10 minutes🙃

Why can’t we just play simple rugby for the first 10 minutes🙃 Not the best start but at least we are up at the moment. I can't say I'm that confident as it is quite even. Though, we've had more breaks and half breaks which is a good sign. I'd like to think we'll pull away in the second half. I must say, the more I see of Cust, the more I'm glad he only signed a one year deal. I thought we looked far better with Atkin at 6 in the second half against Saints and in the Wigan game. I'd make that switch and try Cust in the hooker rotation. He likes to dart and get stuck in defensively so I think he'd suit running out of dummy half. I think he lacks the vision at 6, his kicking game is poor, and he lacks a deft pass. Wright has looked pretty good in the SR. Nene looks dangerous as always. We've also had joy on the left which we can hopefully capitalise on in the second half.

At first I thought we was trying abit to hard and now it feels like we aren’t trying … we are giving london too much ball and they are growing in confidence each game
Hopefully we can step it up in 2nd half and put some good points on them

Well that was awful…headless chickens…trying to score off every play…disorganised…McDonald, still not convinced, his defence awful
I suppose it’s going to take another month or two to get this team organised and playing well
I can’t understand why we don’t just play positional pressure simple rugby while we’re developing
Not moved on from the Cas game

I think we are trying to force it too much, 9 errors 4 penalties not good
We need to settle into this game quick and control it like we did against saints and Wigan

I think the clear result of the Cas game and possibly a bit of rumour are there for us all to see.
The trouble with games like these is they can determine so much of your season from then on.
