There was no approach till Sunday Brian Carney mentioned he thought hull would go for rowley on Friday night but that was just him saying it!and then we had the big meltdown Monday and Tuesday just because the club didn’t say wether he was staying or going even though the club didn’t know till rowley decided!as for rowley I do think if the Leeds one came he would go I think I would fully understand him taking that job I think like Watson the hull one was down to travel and family I feel whereas Leeds he would not have to move so we need to hope Leeds start winning!

Sky reported it, i think on Friday, so there was probably an approach to Rowley earlier, he probably gave them the time of day and list3ned…..but you can’t blame anybody for listening before giving their decision JJR He might have listened but it was with a deaf ear he was going no where,this time. |

Seeing a lot of people saying he's saving himself for Leeds. Think there's a lot of Leeds fans living in the past presuming that everyone wants a piece of Yorkshires apparent finest. Leeds are a close second to Hull on the batshit crazy ladder...

I’d be surprised if Leeds went for Rowley, I don’t think he’s a “big” enough name for them. More likely they’ll go for another Ozzy or someone like Wane. Obviously I could be wrong, I’d suggest Rohan smiths time is running out though.

On holiday abroad at present and reading some of the posts on here makes me wonder if there enough people around to provide some form of counselling to some on this forum.
I am glad that Paul Rowley staying, if he had left us for Hull I would have wished him well and I would have renewed our season tickets and looked forward to the rest of this season and hopefully to many more.
Roll on Warrington.

There are far too many negative comments on this forum and it has ceased to be a site for decent discussion.
People seem to forget our place in the pyramid. We are club that has been punching above it's weight
In recent years despite limited resources. It should come as no surprise if others target our players and coaches.
I believe other clubs may want Paul and would wish him well should he choose to go elsewhere. I held the same view with Ian Watson who did a great job for us, yet others still seem bitter about him leaving.

People put things on a forum cos they've something they want to say, they may even want people to discuss what they've said, ridiculous or what?
They don't really need someone telling them they're just being panicky or going overboard.
Though ending with philosophy can never be quite as good as finishing on a song!
