Hull are entitled to speak to him, but if you were Rowley, would you speak to them?
If I had the ear of yer man, I’d point out/
Expectations much greater than ability at Hull
The ‘curious’ personalities (cough) I’d have to deal with
A gaggle of demoralised and dreadful players on long contracts
The way previous managers have been managed
A working week extended by a day per week (?!?) travelling.
Couple of issues for him to consider.
Job security ensured for his full contract at Salford.
No relegation this year
A club on the cusp on accessing substantial resources
Great existing working relations
Probably better jobs likely to emerge.
Time or money. Being with the family in Worsley or getting onto the ring road at Hull.

there's a flip side...he was made certain promises when he signed his current deal, then we sold Dupree, Croft, Ackers...
Just been on the Hull forum and it reads likes it's a done deal, with them also having 50% of our playing staff on their target for list for 2025. Some fans even booking hotels in Manchester for October 2025

He'd be silly to go there, it's a bigger rebuild than here, only thing is he'd have money to splash there, look Judas went and thought we'd never recover from that, if Rowley goes then so be it, good luck to him, I'd give out dual reg teams manager a shot Sean Long

Well I can honestly say that if Rowley goes that’s me done season ticket wise. I’ve followed the club for over fifty years and I am now at the point where I don’t believe anything the club tells me regarding development and the future.

The press are claiming we're getting 150k for him. I don't think it's worth it. Surely having Rowley here this year and next year is better than 150k. Then if he goes after that, so be it. Or are we in desperate need of the money again? If that's the case. If that's the case we have little choice but I'd rather cut the playing squad than lose Rowley if we need the cash influx. Nofo has been a huge waste. Cust isn't good enough to be using up a quota spot (I don't think he'd stand out on the Championship to be honest). I'd rather play Atkin and Ryan/Cross and sign a hungry cheaper player from the Championship or second tier in Australia.
It's a poisoned chalice there but I imagine he'd be backed with a clear out and full salary cap spend plus marquee players. I can see why it would attract him.
