And you always fail to recognise one important thing that without him using the clubs name to put his debt against it we would be in a lot stronger position and this current board would have a chance instead of constantly using funds to pay off creditors that he created and yes it’s 2023 but that’s how much debt he left the club with simple as!

Of course LHR you know all the facts of everything from all your mates ( or is it you in a senior position😉😂) …all you’re trying to do is play all the problems of today on MK who left eons ago…looking for excuses against our present position. Give it a rest mate ….going round in circles like this you’ll disappear up your own …issues
You really must move on, this is becoming desperately sad.

No matter which side of the fence you find yourself on, in ancient history, it is what the Board does next/now that matters. And attempts that reduce SRD's on the field effectiveness will ultimately, sooner rather than later, lead to relegation IMG style.
If you're looking for who to blame though how about the people who sold the Willows and those who agreed to a ground share with kick & clap!

How are the current board attempting to reduce the on field effectiveness! They are ensuring that a club still exists! Signings are made for next year! Because of the hole left by the RFL we have 300k to find which we will do with the sale of Croft most likely! With the saving on his salary reported 200+k a year we will likely sign another 1 or 2 over those already signed !

As I said on the other thread but here is more appropriate. Selling Croft will very unlikely raise £300k. It's not a seller's market. And if we did get £300k it's a band aid as it doesn't give us £300k evey year, which is what the reduction is, it's not a one-off. And judging by the way the RFL have gone with TV deals and sponsorship in recent years that £300k will be larger in a couple of years time. So, we can just go and spend Croft's salary on other players. If he is on £200k, which I doubt, then that's £200k off the bill, where are we saving of the other £100k?
I still don't understand how we are not getting 22% from food and drink as surely it's in a contract and we should be able to take legal action to recover the monies and terminate the contract. I'm also not sure why the matches funding pot is reliant on us agreeing a new stadium deal though I imagine that'll go ahead eventually and we'll be able to claim the £2m - £2.5m. I also think that will be the club's last shot to turn things around financially because I can't see a backer coming along. As PK said previously several have come along but none are interested if they don't own the stadium. And, like it or not, we need to compete on the pitch to turn things around financially, which is the double edged sword... we can't do that by selling our best players. As it stands, we'll likley have no choice and are in survival mode (thank you RFL - again I don't see how they can just cut finding when £1.5m was assurance, surely there are legal avenues?). Once we get (if we get) that funding then that will be the real test for everyone at the club. It will be make or break.

Still existing is important but pretty unambitious. And I think someone else replied to the second point.

I’ve had some more info today which shows we’re in a bad position I am hearing alongside money from fans,Dupree money we also received a further 175000 from council and a private benefactor also gave 175000 im afraid this is not good news for the club and really don’t know where we go from here, that’s nearly 900,000 pound in the club the last few months and we still say we have 300,000 hole to fill!the council are getting very nervous about this as they can’t keep helping to prop the club up they feel this next couple of months are make or break!don’t shoot the messenger by the way!

If you’re right the bored has failed massively and the club is dead. Guess we will just have to see 😂

If this is true, it's poor on our behalf.. 365k (Share) + 175k (Dupree) weren't in our budget for this season and should be bonuses covering us... not to mention the increase in attendance which should also be a bonus. The RFL have screwed clubs and I still don't understand how this is allowed given that assurances were apparently made. Also, the 22% we should have received from hospitality was projected to be around 115k and that hasn't materialised. I'd like to know what we are doing to recover that money, as there should be legal avenues. And also, why is this still an issue? I mean, we've gone through a season and haven't been getting he money, surely we should have taken legal action by now.

Amazing we hear nothing from the Club but some fans on here RR, LHR have all the facts …strange😉
We’ve been a survival and selling Club for many years now Obrien, BMM and virtually a whole team has left but somehow Watson, Rowley and Blease have found the players and blended them into great teams; my fear is with this chaos how long can they keep doing it and how long will Rowley stay
The Board seems about a dozen people and now they’re asking for sub committees…not quite sure what the plan is but just getting an overload of people can’t help things. All seems v odd

I don’t think it can carry on much longer the cub is just not sustainable in its current state, what I don’t get with the board is I’ve spoken to Paul king and I’ve told him along be honest with the fans that’s all they ask even worst case scenario and they just don’t come out with the full story,Paul says he doesn’t want to be the one to see us go under but I’ve told him then give the full picture, that’s all you can do be honest, then what will be will be!
