Whether it’s bs or not the club are so poor with these things. There’s literally no rumours or anything about decent incomings( no doubt we have) most clubs have announced signings and to the casual fan it doesn’t look like we’re doing anything. Need to to better to create a buzz "There’s literally no rumours" No offence but I don't give a sh*te about rumours. I prefer facts personally. I hate the off-season for the fact that all you seem to get is endless BS that you have to read, usually started by some gimp on Facebook or Twitter. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant pal. We as big fans on forums and so on have a idea of what’s going on but the casual fan can only see out goings, as I said we will have some signed but we can’t keep pretending we’re the best at everything. Some rumours/news of who we’re signing brings excitement and some to discuss. That’s my opinion anyway your also entitled to yours |

Well the journalist Aaron bower just asked Adrian lam about the rumour to which he replied there’s nothing in that,so either believe a woman who said Brad Dwyer was going to saints earlier in the season or the coach whose club have allegedly signed Croft!but Jenna brooks said it so let’s all believe it!even crofts wife was laughing about it that’s how serious it is!

I am sure there will be a Club Statement today fully clarifying the position The story didn't just appear on SKY though, more or less all the RL outlets have treated it as legit.
It may be that the club(SRD, JJR) feel this is so silly that respoding to it would be even more stupid.
And if it has no legs I don't blame them.

So far Paul King, Adrian Lam, Paul Rowley, and Brodie Croft's wife have all said it's nonsense.
It doesn't worry me, but it's poor that these type of things happen when the club is building for next season with season tickets. Rumours from Joe3474392427 on twitter/X being made into news stories is not only bad journalism it sets a very bad precedent. The main broadcaster shouldn't be doing this until it 100% knows.

Most RL outlets are unfortunately just copy and paste affairs, where inaction over this kind of nonsense means that their share of clicks is reduced. |
