Like to know if anyone truly is in the know on here because I’m hearing selco didn’t renew and that’s why the delay in shirt and also advanced steel have jumped ship to Leigh as a sponsor not a great start for new commercial woman if this is all true!

Yes abit unfair on her that,just don’t get the club constantly hiding things I know people say no news is good news but just be open with the fans it’s so frustrating it could be so much better!

I don’t disagree, personally I think the shirt should be released about now for the build up to Christmas but they like to spread things out |

I think my frustration was if it is true that Adelaide have left and advanced steeel have jumped to Leigh to sponsor what are we doing to plug these gaps in sponsorship maybe I’m overreacting!

Surely the Club should have had this tied up 6 months ago…you can’t leave it until a month before Christmas…Chinese Company or just Chinese Whispers
We’re going worse…excuses getting thin…
Blame can’t be put on the new Commercial person…I wonder if she can pull us out of the mire?

Me and jjr rarely agree!but in fairness if this off season sees us losing sponsors it’s not good enough,again it’s time the information was put out to us the so called community fans!

Someone on here awhile ago said we had a better shirt deal worth more but I feel if that was true the club would have put that info out as they haven’t I’m more inclined to think we haven’t even got a shirt sponsor yet!

Maybe they are still in final negotiations with the new sponsor? Getting their sign-off on how their logo looks on the new shirt? Maybe there is a clause in the contract with a specific release date for details of the new sponsor (e.g. they may want to announce it internally before the club announces it)? There could be other reasons but being typical Salford fans everyone on here always thinks the worst, especially JJR  |

Or maybe the simple fact is we haven’t got a shirt sponsor yet!I would think that’s highly more likely than negotiations are still ongoing and they want to release it internally!I heard from a very reliable source that selco pulled there sponsor and so have advanced steel so to me that’s not being negative that’s facing some very uncomfortable truths about our club again!
