Our position with regards to Props is dire. We have King/Singleton/Olmondroyd fit as it stands. Sidlow is never fit and 36, Wright/Partington are not Props - it is not their best position. Greenwood has the size to play prop but Rowley does not fancy him he will move on. We have sold Dupree our best young forward for a profit, that money needs investing in the front row. Asking players like Addy and Hellewell to cover front row is not the answer. Teams with decent packs shut us down, Saints, Wigan, Cats, etc. Hudds have let Ashworth and Trout go, they are not coming to Salford. As a minimum we need two more Props, perhaps Whitbread from Wakey or a Quota spot and a younger player from the Championship. If we do not secure at least two more Props next year will be like this season again. We need to offload some 2nd Rows and prioritize the front row our weakest area. Hopefully Rowley and Blease have their players in mind and will sign them.

Agree WRD but we can only get what we can afford. Blease and Rowley turn up gems like Croft Lafai Wright etc…so let’s hope there’s some cheap props available in the S Hemisphere…if not it’s older UK ones if the price of Dupree is set at ~ £200k

Isn't Roumanos actually a LF/SR, a hybrid type prop rather than and out and out prop? I haven't seen him play. Has he beefed up as wiki says he's just over 16st at 6' 2" which particularly big for a prop. Both the NRL.and World Cup websites list him as a SR. Wiki say LF/Prop but he seems to be a reserve grade player so not much more info.

He’s always impressed me for Lebanon but always seemed like a work horse type player rather than a barn storming prop |
