At the moment there’s a Holding Company and an Operational Company
Does anybody know what the new structure will be?

Exactly the same although the holding co is now a Comm Benefit Soc with a few hundred new members.

Thought that might be it. Presumably all shareholders holding posts and no remuneration to any Board members/ directors
