Tried the link on the email I got but says there is server error. Tried the link on the article on the website and it just moves to another part of the website. Guess Iβll have to be as old fashioned as I feel and get on the phone tomorrow.

unless you start punctuating your paragraphs correctly π€·ββοΈ I had to come to this point SS, social media and puntuation should never be used in the same sentence, or even the same thought process.
Next you'll be looking at historical dramas and asking why the hero's wearing a watch while they play Duffy singing over a dramatic bit of the story.

It's the same form. Surely you don't have to complete it twice? I didn't see anything in Twitter. They have everyone's details from the first time. We didn't get an automated response, and thought there are limited numbers the form didn't limit the number of people who could complete it, so I figure they'll manually email everyone en-masse to let you know you can attend - which should be a given on a first-come first-served basis (which is why booking free tickets would have been better).
