Well it's been a few days now and no acknowledgement of the tweet I sent regarding setting up a re-direct from the old site. The old site is still the only one coming up on search engines and it's a dead link. Very poor off the Club, but not unexpected. I may tweet Bleasey as he may actually do something. Bleasey got back to me and said the Club are aware and onto it. Fair enough. We'll see if it happens. |

Not certain, whoever it is needs a talking too as quite frankly the website is run very poorly, just find any old cack to talk about daily so people engage with the club. Classic clips from old games. Small giveaways. Sound bites from players. More should be made of the Social media side for fans to get involved, especially the younger fan base. |

i did try letting the club know but the person who operates the twitter seems to have their favirote tweeters so if your not in that club you dont get a response, ive been in the office during the week and seen what goes on/doesnt go on, hopefuly bleasey is seeing it and will make the correct changes.

This is very apparent, when the new ticket sales were announced asked a few questions and got nothing, emailed the club expressing how unhappy I was and that I wouldn't renew and I got an immediate reply, someone called me personally to get the correct details and promised when this had been done I'd get a further call about it. I'm still waiting, they have my money now so that's the important thing. Does honestly seem to me that the club only reply to the Twitter types who faun over every Tweet they make, if you ask anything approaching a serious question you get ignored and God forbid you criticise the club in any way, shape or form. |

I see the Team page says "The Salford Red Devils 2017 Squad will be announced soon" when there is a news item called "Red Devils Announce 2017 Squad Numbers"
In said news items it says "Plenty of younger squad players will make up the tail end of the squad", they must be pretty inspired when they read that

Still no re-direct from the old site, and google doesn't find the new site. At least it didn't within the first eleven pages.
Not sure that the Club should be so optimistic about climbing the google search ladder if a search for 'Salford Red Devils' doesn't bring the site up nobody can bleeding find it. Unless you know the full address interested parties wont be able to find the website. Poor.

Just posting on another thread and needed to check the spelling of a player name, so hopped onto the site and clicked on team and guess what? Still says 'The Salford Red Devils 2017 Squad will be announced soon' You still don't get redirected to the new site if you search for it, no excuses now this is just totally unprofessional, whoever is running the online stuff at the club needs putting one a last warning as it makes a mockery of the new ethos of getting things right at the club. Sorry for coming across all Dixon but it irks that something so small as this can't be done right, it's not like it's the way anyone all over the world can find out about the team/club/games/offers/news, not everyone comes on here for the earth shattering exclusives I bombard you with  |
