Yea, sounds like we've taken our chances. Struggled for territory and possession in the last 20 minutes. Shame they scored just before the half, bit of a sickener. Sounds like the defence has been good and in the main comfortable. Few errors in our own half and several penalties (again). We need to win the territory battle - no penalties relieving pressure, no errors in our own half, kick to the corner. We've obviously capitalised on the good territory we have had. I'm sure Atkin won't let us down. From the sound of it I imagine Brierley won't pass his HIA.

You'd have taken 12-6 at HT before the match but that try before HT is a bit of a sickened. Culmination of too many missed tackles in the build -up although we nearly scrambled and stopped it. Looked like the last pass was forward to me as well.
Big first 10 coming up here. Get ourselves 2 scores up again and I'll be confident but definitely need Brierly back on the pitch.🤞

Entire half time of the radio has been spent on football! I bet in the half time of football they don't spend it talking about Salford, our games, or the community share scheme.

I'd be happy taking a drop goal early in this half. I don't understand why teams don't do it more.
If we were to get a penalty 20m out under the sticks we'd take the two to make it a two score game. Drop the goal and make it two scores.

Twice we've given the ball away straight after points. Happened quite a lot this year. Definitely something we need to improve on. Completing sets after points to keep the momentum in our favour... Or maybeists a clever training ploy and we just like to keep testing out defence, they do say practice makes perfect. And you can't fully replicate in-game situations in training 🤣🤣🤣
We keep taking out chances though. Fantastic!!! 20-6.

We're really learning to grind out games this year. Last year, once we clicked, we were blowing teams away. That's all well and good and I'm sure we can still do that when the offence is firing, but we're now showing we can win games with defence, grit, determination, and hard work. If we can get our attack anywhere close to the backend of last season we'll be a very tough team to beat and could go one-step further this year. |

Brierley out made team unbalanced as Atkins not coming on to play his free?? 13 role, but defending is magnificent..MoM???
Can’t wait to hear Jimmy Crankies reality check in going down to KR , 28-0…and with his dynamic 4 of Pryce, Man of Steel Lolohea, Connor and Peats…must be the best 1,6,7,9 in the League ( according to Watson)
