Worth a go I think, it'd be interesting to see what's given - I'm guessing a penalty though to the defending team.
Also, that'd be Clive Tyldesley the commentator on that clip.

I remember it at the time but I thought it was our very own Paul Forber who'd headed it. Do either it happened again or my memory is playing tricks. I'd put my money on the latter!
I am pretty sure the rules were changed to stop it. Think it would be given as a knock on now. It it's in your hand and then goes forward I'm sure it has to hit your foot to avoid being a knock on now
