Does anybody else think we need to put more responsibility on Croft this week. Have him take the ball more. I remember last year, he didn't start great, then Sneyd was out for 2/3 games and he came alive. That continued even when Sneyd was back, but from that moment he just seemed to demand the ball more often from Ackers. Injecting himself more based on what he saw. He seems to have gone I side his shell a little in that regard. I'd like to seem he playing both sides of the pitch more often. Demanding the ball more as first reciever as well as second. And have him kick more often. Last week he at least tried a chip over for himself and got a penalty and he also put a kick along the ground from about 20m out which let us tackle them a couple of metres from their line - two of our better kicks against Hudds.
Something else I've noticed this year with Sneyd and Croft is that they seem to be hitting the backrower almost 100% of the time instead of the centre of FB. Seems odd to me. It's made us a lot more one dimensional and was especially evident against Wakey and Hudds.

Agree especially hitting the second rowers as we need to be playing with more width.
