Just heard Rowley speaking about Sarginson going and outlining at the moment we have no funds to replace him.
I am not inferring we need a knee jerk signing that is for the club to determine, but what would be good is to have a form of fundraising initiative via the Supporters Trust for Player Loans etc, it is just an idea but we all have our part to play in this being a Community Club.
This is an idea for a tactical loan contingency fund not one that replaces the long term vision to build the crowds and further investing which the club are seeking to do. This is where our fabulous Supporters Trust come in, working with the club to identify how us fans can assist. Even if we raised 5k that covers a player loan when we need it and its a contingency fund, I'd chip in what I can afford.
Anyway this is an idea, those at the Supporters Trust who do an awesome job supporting our youth pathways are much better placed than I to action an initiative like this.
