Actually - it was 4 aims
greater fan involvement
increase in attendance
more stability
owner taking a backseat
in terms of our last 4 seasons -
falling attendance - fines - 8 points deducted - player turnover - backroom staff turnover- unpaid bills - owner press conferences -
not shooting ourselves in the foot & being boring are lofty ambitions

Or staff leaving after a year or two after they have sussed the Dr out |

Although this is welcome, the fact that we can see it as "a big deal" that the club are going to start doing the things you'd think they should have been doing anyway is a sign of just how far off the pace we really are.
