This kind of thing is predictable but silly "@warringtonrlfc Warrington Wolves, you don't deserve us fans & us fans definately don't deserve you." Over reaction to a loss and a problematic season, you'd imagine Wolves have never had one before.
Quite a few were after Powell's axing.
You heard it here first.

I feel really sorry for them😂 It's in the nature of fans to be upset but I do get the feeling it was because this was SRD that they've gone overboard.
I don't expect sense from a coach as they have to focus on and blame their own side cos that's who they've got to work on afterwards, but the fans are treating it like it's the worst thing that's ever happened to them.

They only scored off the back of dodgy at best reffing decisions and when we were down to 12, that said our defence was poor while a man down. As soon as we were back to 13 we were much better.
A couple of players who got a bit of grief today really stood up when it mattered, Brierley may not like to run it in but did really well under the high ball and his involvement in the attacks was vital. Also Akoualas tackle just before half time was one of the best try savers I’ve seen, awesome

Hicks was blowing for fun and we were on the backfoot at this point, Sita's tackle to save the try kept us in the game. The reporting of the game is embarrassing in the media all about Wires missing players, you'd think Salford had a full squad available bar Burgess. To this end to come back and win the game is remarkable, just hope we start to get some players back - this teams effort of recent weeks deserve a bit of luck in the coming weeks. Well done Salford. |

Same here.... logged in earlier and watched the first 30 seconds and thought to myself "am I losing the plot here? I'm sure Taylor wasn't playing yesterday". Only to then realise it was the Easter game!🤦♂️😂 Surprised it's so quiet on here after such a good win TBH. Real gutsy effort from the lads and some of the handling was sublime at times. Some excellent performances from some of our more unsung players as well, Ormondroyd, Brierley, Atkin (who injected some real spark when he came off the bench) all had great games and was chuffed for Williams as well who's never let us down but who's almost the forgotten man due to the form of Burgess & Sio. Really hope we can back this up at Magic. Would be great to give Hudds a beating in front of a big crowd with a decent TV audience as well.👍 |
