Just watched the highlights. Hull played the sort of attacking moves that we do,when at our best. Their better movement was to their right and I couldn’t see our left centre or left back rower at all. I think Lafai,wearing 4 was actually playing right centre and he’s very promising. Neat break from Croft but,as you say Brierley will be very disappointed with his performance. Bring back Escaré,no not really Seems SRD Not got many takers for Escaré, Toulouse were looking for a fullback as he's played in the past but they Signed Ollie Ashall Bott from Huddersfield Instead. |

We couldn’t go to Hull and had to listen to it on Radio Humberside, the main station commentator was as usual very biased towards Hull FC, his co commentator was Alan Hunte, who in my opinion was very poor and clearly now appears to have a huge dislike for anything about Salford Red Devil’s at times referring to Red Devil’s players as a cart horse,a plank of wood and other unwarranted comments unworthy of someone , who up to yesterday I admired, from now on my opinion of him has changed.
Did anyone else hear the commentary?

I can't comment on the performance I did not see it.
We lost but that's the nature of sport.
I am a little disappointed with the severity of the defeat
We hope for better at the weekend

This was a tough watch the defence was nowhere near good enough, letting Connor run the show is unacceptable. Much better defence is required v Hudds.
