I am going to praise whoever is getting us into the papers. I buy the Mirror every morning, largely for my wife but I skim through it at dinner. There's a bit of proper rugby in it and we've had a few stories about Salford. Today: Ms Fellingham , our captain of the ladies' team. It is a national paper so cannot hurt.

Thought the article about Louise Ferringgam was really good. She comes across as a bit of a star. And there have been a few other articles in there too. Makes a change from having to hold my nose and click on Gary Carter’s good work in the paper that shan’t be named 😉

Good Rugby-league journalists are a bit thin on the ground, A pity Gareth Walker Daily Mirrors RL writer of twenty years is leaving in February, Let's hope they've find a Good as replacement.

Rant Why is our Club info just put out on Twitter, Looking at interviews on th3 Club Website and now to read it I have to join the moronic Twitter herd, or so the banner says. Why can’t it simply be placed on the website as other clubs do? What is this obsession with futility?

I'm fairly certain that this Subject was covered in Depth, Sometime last year on this Forum The outcome was it's a lot easier to put News that's just happened on Twitter Than on the Club website It does get put online eventually, As many people stated It is possible to be on Twitter Just to get updates on Salford etc. You don't have to actually tweet or read other Twitter feeds about a Women from Oxford who's getting married to a Ghost from Victorian times And currently not bing able to agree on the Church they should tie the nuptials in,As featured in the Metro Newspaper Earlier this week, The Bride should make sure she only pays single occupancy in the Honeymoon Hotel.

I’m absolutely confident that the same post that was previously on this subject was created by the same person! The same person, who despite a cracking first game victory against the odds decides to criticise the defence of Croft because he got sidestepped by Olpherts!

RR look at Olpherts two tries. Brilliant win but we’re not perfect; just reality.

Not Crofts fault as the line was already broke and he was stepped while trying to recover the situation at full pelt.
