This season is taking forever. We should maybe forfeit the rest of the games and take the 24 - 0. At least our points difference will improve...
In all jest, even if we were flying high you can't expect to beat Hull with no pack. So we'll endure another morale spanking on a team running on empty.

Bit scrappy first half, but cut out on errors and pens in the second, very good win against a hull side that still had top players in it, and we was missing players aswell

After 5 mins of being dominated by their pack I thought it was going to be 50+ to Hull and a long afternoon, how wrong! Very enjoyable, feel like a few calls went our way for a change (knock on before budgie knocked back the kick being the main one) but that’s about time. Also thought Hull were really poor, Sneyd was rubbish. Still can only play what’s infront of us and we played some decent stuff.

Some decisions today were baffling to say the least,I don't think the Ref new what he was giving at times.After Leigh last week we got a performance I think Hull thought they just needed to turn up.Well done Salford.

I thought Hull were very good in the first half. Decent attacking shape and making metres with every run. But they did make a few handling errors and gave pens away we ground them down. Once we got 10 points ahead though they fell apart and we ran away with it. We needed a couple of Hail Marys to come off to get ahead but once we retook the lead we were excellent in attack. Lots of high quality tries

This was the kind of backs to the wall result Marshall and the club needed. It gives the fans some encouragement that things could take a turn for the better next year with some new blood in the squad.
