It's gonna be hard enough as it is, let alone playing with only 12 To be fair with our disciplinary record it won't be long until we're down to 12

Child and Kendal are touch judges. Heaven help us. T Grant is the ref. Don’t think I have heard of him.

Well getting ready to join my dad (Wigan Season Ticket Holder and pure bred pie in the Pie Dome this evening) for our annual jaunt. With players missing it is going to be a very tough ask, don't see any point in playing Kev Brown on a muddy surface with his serious ankle injury. Hope Ata and Patton get a shot at Half back. Wigan are missing several players. For us Tui has to play full back with Sarge/Burgess/Livett/Williams or Costello in the backs. We look well short in the forwards which may be an issue so the loan lads may play. Hope Marshall keeps this simple given the players we have missing and our players play their usual position with the exception of full back. Dont't think it will be a hammering but cannot see pass a comfortable Wigan win given our available players. Kicking will be crucial this evening.

Wigan are far from invincible, however, after watching them over the last few weeks they are very beatable if Hastings has a bad day. Literally everything comes from him even though they've been playing him at FB. If Hastings has his usual game then we'll lose, if he has a quiet one we have a chance. That isn't me viewing Hastings with rose tinted specs of yesteryear either, it's simply obvious to anyone who's seen Wigan's games recently.

Paul I watched Wigan last week conclusion, certainly not one of the best Wigan sides I have seen down the years. But they do have a bit of pace, I also thought Jacko was wasted at the back.

He is, and that's to our advantage. He still puts in 100% at FB and is clearly their best player at the moment even out of position.

Listened to it. Sounded like Hastings the difference, plus the fact that we hadn’t played for awhile and ran out of steam. Hingano seemed a penalty machine; hopefully just over enthusiastic.

Our squad was shot tonight, Pauli managed ten mins, he looked unwell, forget discipline some of these players have been unwell the past few weeks and it was clear. Thought Taylor and Ackers were huge, in the backs Sarge, Williams and Burgess tried hard. Kev Brown and Livett also had very good games. Without Tui at 6 we are clueless, Atkin is not a super league 6 or 7. How Patton cannot figure is beyond me after watching that game?? Thought Tui did well when he was able to attack. Given the adversity I will praise the effort tonight all day long. For me it is now on Marshall understanding his best halves, Brown/Tui or Patton/Tui, Ata seems to be an impact player at 9. Also thought Moose had his best game this year going forward. So no win but the effort was there which is pleasing and as always three yellow cards (2 for Salford) that did not need to happen but Childs was running the line and got involved.

Let’s be fair guys, we’ve not played for ages, lots of the pack missing, Kevs just returned from an ankle injury, Higano just joined the Club, stupidly had to play with 12 men again for 10, and according to the commentary, without Hastings Wigan were second best for most of the match.
I’d say that’s determination and progress. I’m looking forward to our next match. At least RM doesn’t moan about refs, COVID, the weather or the colour of the Wigan shirts.
So let’s be positive, support the coach and the Club and look forward to some good rugby again in these awful times with a team that’s having a go.
