Bit harsh as it looks like Greenwood pulling thecplayer down and Sarge crossing.

If you read the Match Review Panel minutes there is something that doesn’t add up, in that Dan Sargieson has not been banned for the tackle that O’Brien was injured in, the notes say the following-
O/N/604/21 James Greenwood
High Tackle in 33rd Minute
Player is not high, player grabs opponent round the shoulder and slides down.
Player dismissed following this incident, sending off rescinded in this instance.
ON/604/21 Dan Sargieson (same number as Greenwood)
High tackle in 25th minute
Law 15.1(b)
Reckless High tackle, tried to tackle but reckless about the outcome.
GradeC 3 Match penalty notice.
So according to the MRP Sargieson wasn’t banned for the same incident as Greenwood, and Greenwood shouldn’t have been dismissed although the same case number was quoted to both players, how can that be correct?
The minutes also have Junior Sau cited and they couldn't even spell a three letter surname correctly.
I would love to know if it is just a clerical error or there were two separate incidents.
I would also like to know what action if any will be taken against the match official.

They couldn’t spell Atkin’s name correctly last week either. And quite right. Why aren’t the match officials up for making disgracefully incorrect game changing decisions. I see Walmsley got off again!

Given that Sarge was named in the initial England squad would that mean that game 1 of his ban will be Friday for England then game 2 of his ban against Leeds on Sunday?
