Marlon Billy as the new assistant coach and Ian Blease as CEO for next year. Just need to find Marwan a long lost relative from Salford.

What qualifications has Ian Blease got to be CEO?
Would we not be better getting a business man rather than another old boy?

Yes what about the Foundation person. I thought that it was run as a charitable trust, separate from the club, therefore with no relevance to the running of the football side. I really do wish Marlon Billy the best of luck, but he's experience wise a long way from Sheens. I thought the system was Ian Watson being overseen by an experienced person, not the other way around. just a thought.

Yeah but he's supposed to be on the "Missing You" thread not turning up as weekend chairman of ICI? Is he qualified or experienced for the job? Half of me wants to say great a former player, a Salfordian and welcome back Bleasy and the other is going "EH?"

.. can he do a worse job ... than his previous ... Tarry .... Ed Farish ... Vickers ....
he's had 20+ years project / facilities management experience & has an MSc in business management
he's been a player agent for the last 5 years so has relevant knowledge on the contracts / agents side
we should be prepared to give Ian the benefit of the doubt .
He played for Salford for nearly 15 years then did a couple of years for ' the other team ' in the borough , don't understand why he's down as Swinton ? could say the same for Watkins

I'm willing to give him a chance with his water / waste management / maintenance background, if it means the water parks back on.
