Yes, I know his name is spelt wrong. But that is how the disciplinary report has spelt it. And now we know what he did wrong
Details of Charge / Reason for NFA: Player steals ball when player breaks line. Sin bin sufficient.
I never knew that that was a penalty offence, let alone a sin bin.
Nothing wrong with Pauli’s ‘tackle’ either, according to the disciplinary.

Sorry I don't understand that; "when player breaks line"...what does that mean?

It means that he had broken through the defensive line. As if that makes a difference to the decision to award a penalty.

In old money, he was binned for a professional foul. Don’t agree with it at all as I thought he stole the ball correctly but the ref and linesman were not up with play so they penalised what they saw. On the basis of their wrong interpretation it was a sin bin offence. In any event he could have been binned for mouthing off or sent off even, knowing Kendall. We move on

I agree move on but I've now read 3 interpretations of why he was binned, surely the games not that complicated. I was merely trying to understand what happened.

My point is that the disciplinary report could and should have explained why it was a penalty. And if they decided that the penalty was incorrectly given, which means that the yellow card was incorrect, they could and should have said so.

And if they decided that the penalty was incorrectly given, which means that the yellow card was incorrect, they could and should have said so. I think we’re overthinking this. The disciplinary committee,as far as I can see, didn’t say the ref was wrong, just that no further action was necessary. They’re not there to re referee the game to that extent. As someone said earlier they were more specific about Pauli which is why he wasn’t banned. They effectively said he was not guilty

So one of our players was incorrectly given a yellow card, and another was incorrectly given a red card. Surely the disciplinary are able to overturn those decisions if they were proved to be wrong. Are the refs not accountable at all?
