Watching “Flash” on Sky,I definitely feel we have missed a trick by not keeping him involved at our club. He oozes knowledge both general and Rugby League. Is it too late to change things?

As I understand it he didn’t want to continue in a role at a club. He wanted to focus on his coffee shops and his media work
I agree he’d be a great ‘public face’/voice of the club

I also think he’d make a great director/CEO like Fitzsimon at Wire or Radlinski at Wigan. But dint think we have any money for that kind of role

Really not sure why Blease is becoming a target. Careful what you wish for. Blease has done an excellent job

Bleasey is the main strength of the club at the moment and I agree under no circumstances should he be under pressure

Nobody should be pointing the finger at King or Blease. They bleed Salford and are the main reason why we've survived and had some incredible memories over the last few years.

Blease has kept the Club going taking in many many roles on a day to day basis from the day Marwan left. In a more affluent club he'd be Director of Rugby and have a much easier time but at Salford if there's not a delivery of rugby balls somebody has to get them.

If we were to bring in a Fitzpatrick/Radlinski type role it would be as well as Bleasey not instead of. Of the two roles the Director of Football is the more important one

Of the two roles the Director of Football is the more important one Blease is the director of Rugby, King is the MD with various other people carrying out different roles, it is no longer the Blease show who has to do everythign most of which has come in this last season, we are slowly getting out back of house team in order

Nothing really comes out of the Club about the present situation but Blease with Watson achieved things we must be proud of.
Hope the new hands, whoever they are, can achieve as much.
