Ian Watson features on this weeks Sky Sports:The Coaching Manual. He explains again the reasons for leaving and recalls his memories from the Million Pound Game and the 2019 season. Its a good watch/listen, but what strikes me is that as a coach I imagine his style and methods would be very different to what I've seen of Richard Marshall, 2 very different people with different ideas. I'm sure the club got the replacement right but I think it's going to take time for the playing staff to adjust to the new style of management and coaching. I know we've been playing poorly but Id like to think we're not too far away from everything clicking into place and a complete performance.

It'll take another 4/6 games before we can expect them to gel From what we've heard from Marshall he wants to play a more expansive game, says that the skill levels of the players isn't good enough and that the defence has holes We'll see what he can change but remember it's not his team in terms of players bought. Think we potentially have a good solid pack but our premier back line hasn't played together yet. Thanks for the heads up, be interesting to watch.
