Sky have published the massive list of games going out for a week at the end of March. The game as a lot of us remember it. Tough rugby fights poor pitches blood n guts. Think the Million Pound game and a game v Whirhaven for us. Obviously the usual suspects get most of the air play, but wall to wall RL Lots of internationals etc.

Sky Sports deal done for the next two years. 66 games per season and pick of games.....but at reduced fee. suppose although the reduction in funding is a kick in the b0llocks it allows the game to explore other avenues of revenue for the remaining games... lets hope they actuall take advantage of it and that people are actually interested

What would people like to see with the other games? For mine I would offer up one game a round to a free-to-air/online broadcaster on the proviso that they commit to sensible minimum production standards (not just one camera and one commentator...) and a weekly highlights/similar programme. If it gets good traction after one year that may open the door to a paid deal of some sort or an improvement from Sky down the line if they think there's competition.
