OK I’ll start.
This has been expected since his appointment Whatever the rights and wrongs of the Toronto debate he operated a kangaroo court.
Hes been outflanked by the dickhead at RFL and that takes real ability
I thought it was a good appointment but he was hell of a disappointment.
In fairness to his failure, dealing with the clubs must have been like ......... please complete

I think it say far more about Super League than it does about Elstone to be honest.
Once he didn't get the injection of money he wanted it was probably just a matter of time.

His job is like herding 12 self centred sheep, with three of them so bothered about their own presence that they didn't realise anybody else exists.
Until the SL works properly with RFL, Euro RL, and the amateur game to all agree a long term plan for the development of rugby league instead of trying to find ways in which Wigan, StHelens, Leeds, ( and ultimately Bradford) can dominate rugby league then this job is the poison chalice.
The top clubs who seem to dominate, appear to set unachievable goals and either appoint a person who'll go along with their odd ideas or somebody who who stands up to them in a business like manner and then goes.
Until there is an agreed long term plan in place for the betterment of the game then no matter who does the job their hands will be tied to the needs of the ones who generally win everything

When he took the Job he claimed he'd get more people interested in SuperLeague and playing RL It obviously didn't work in Relation to having more People playing Read this on Love Rugby League
There are more rugby union participants in Poland (60,884) than there are rugby league in the whole of Europe (58,252).!!
