One of our local clubs are raising money towards the cost of their new club house - Salford City Roosters (used to be Eccles). Need to raise £20k. It’s been tougher than usual to raise funds during the last last year cos they can’t hold events. They’ve launched a couple of fundraisers...
Each team is being sponsored to walk, run or cycle a certain distance in February. Details on their social media pages

Chris Atkin and Kris Inu helped to launch the fundraiser so it was good to see the ref devils and the community club working together
It’s also they’re 40th anniversary and they’ve launched a range of kit in the original club colours. Pretty smart stuff and not too pricey. All profits go to the club house fund

I know times are tough for lots of people and so many can’t help or have other causes to support but all donations/purchases would be appreciated
We might even end up with a new decent bar within walking distance of the AJ Bell. The old club house is in a poor state and hasn’t been used much for a few years.
