Great sightings. I think Lannon needs to stay Injury free and a proper position. Then we have a real player. He only only turned 25 yesterday so still relatively young.

This is just what we need at the moment. Two good relatively young players with bags of potential committing their futures to the cause. This, for me, is just as good news as signing new players. This will hopefully prevent the turnover of 10-12 players each season and give us the consistency to build on each season.  |

We shouldn't underestimate the importance of players re-signing. When players have less to worry about they play better and morale stays high. Even more important over the last year and going into this year with the uncertainty due to covid. Securing your employment for another year or two and securing your family for another year or two is huge for RL players. This is smart by the club. It ensures that the core of the team is kept together, as salford1961 said, but also keeps players happy and focused.
