Paul Rowley's new role has been outlined as Head of rugby development, talent & pathways. It looks like a really good appointment and hopefully we can get our Academy structure back in place and producing some homegrown players. For me it looks like the club are trying to build on the foundations of our recent achievements and all credit to them. Paul Rowley

Heard about this a couple of weeks ago. It’s very encouraging. I hope the club have the finances and the heart to deliver on the ambition. If they do then we will see an elite academy alongside the current de elopement academy and it could transform the relationship between the Red Devil’s and the community clubs leading to opportunities for more local youngsters
