Great to hear of new signings,but who knows wat is happning to players of last couple of years. I’m thinkin of MCarthy,Sio Lannon Johnson Atkins and the other ones.

McCarthy is off contract hasn’t signed for us or anyone else as far as we know
After signing up Inu and chamberlain have we got anyone else off contract?

I would've thought that the strength of the squad, as a whole, would depend on this to a large extent.

Have we got a new strength and conditioner yet?
As shown the last few seasons with such a small squad it's been a crucial position.
Or are we going for a larger squad and taken an additional coach on instead, personally I still think it's a critical role that needs filling.

He is from Wakefield so not too much is expected of him. |

He is from Wakefield so not too much is expected of him. I've just been on the Wakey RLFans forum as it's all kicking off about their players breaking COVID restrictions. One of their fans mentioned a Wakey employee who recently left the club to join another club. Reading what you've said above I'm putting 2 & 2 together and assuming this was the guy he's talking about. Apparently he turned up for his first day of work at his new club 15 minutes early and was the last person in. He was shocked at how professional the players were and that they all turned up half hour early for training themselves. Sounds like professionalism might not be that high at Wakey so again a feather in the cap of our management/coaching set up and for the attitude of our players.👍 EDIT: Appears that Foulstone has been with us since Jan 18 so not the guy in question!🤦♂️😂 |

It seems to me it's all well and good having plenty of quality signings but getting people excited about the season coming up is also a priority and seeing the squad, even if the numbers aren't revealed yet,would be a good way to do that.
When it looks that out of date I almost expect to fins Charlie Bott's picture smiling out at us.

I don't tend to criticise most of the time but if you want to sell season tickets you do need to get things like this sorted and really as it happens. How hard is to take some pictures off and put new ones up? Sorry, morning Carnster!
