As well as a sign they've apparently sold some of the plots off which will go presumably to pay off some of the Council's investment Think it did mention Distribution Centre and if so could be either chaos on match day or new roads in/ out

As well as a sign they've apparently sold some of the plots off which will go presumably to pay off some of the Council's investment Think it did mention Distribution Centre and if so could be either chaos on match day or new roads in/ out from what i have read the land surrounding the stadium was originally for leisure and bulk retail spaces only. this has now been changed, presumably due ot the massive nose dive in retail partly due to the pandemic. With the vast majority of retail now being available online. this has now been amended to suit industrial and distribution presumably as these markets are currently flourishing especially given the Port Salford development will start to ramp up in the coming months/ year. I personally don't think this will have a drastic affect on match day, majority of these distribution and warehousing facilities operate during normal business hours. home games will predominantly be either Friday nights 8/ 7:45pm kick offs or Sunday afternoons when these businesses will be closed. if anything this could be a positive for matchday as if its anything like trafford park etc it could open up plenty of matchday parking close to teh stadium.

Always good to see how well connected you are RR Maybe they might even finish the other road into the Stadium Wow, good to see your still throwing around outlandish accusations. Opposed to being connected maybe I just understand developments and how they work given I have been in the field for over 20 years. Unless you live in a hole in the ground you will know that retail is currently on its proverbial ar@e, there is no way any land would ever be purchased for that purpose and likewise with leisure. there is a little thing known as a pandemic thats currently running riot meaning most things are closed especially in those sectors! As for the other road this was never par of the development for the stadium. its how development agreements work, breaking into the main road is done by the land owner taking the access from this point to the plots is the responsibility of the developer who ahs purchased the plots. Also given the club dont own the stadium or the land around it not sure what they can do about it! but hey keep going with your constant bashing the club! im sure your other minion followers will be around shortly to back you up!

As always RR I bow to your superior knowledge but this wasn't Club bashing if you possibly read just a little more carefully and stop putting a negative slant on everything. 'They might' refers to the owners/ developers; which to me was a positive for the Club, looking at how there's an entrance missing a bridge which would alleviate traffic on match days. 'Outlandish accusations'? You've lost me, sorry. Sit down, Cup of coffee, sticky bun and chill.

Outlandish accusations suggesting I'm connected to the club in some way just because I don't share your archaic views. traffic out of the stadium hasn't been a problem the last few years and now runs as smoothly as most stadiums in the SL regarding parking.

I'm now bored with this, yet again.
