Thanks BR was there a stand off around then called Brogan? Yes,Pete Brogan who was a year or two older than me.Good player and a Salford supporter. Thought he played scrum half but wouldn’t argue. The photo includes players from 4 different age groups which is why I’m not certain which year it was. One bloke on the photo ,who’s sadly no longer with us, is Tony Plant who I think played professionally

Many thanks, when Salford schools had great output and great standards. No Grammar, De La Salle, Tech, Pendleton High, Adelphi, Hope etc Are things better I think not. But am I biased?
