Is a good read.
I'm very proud of the fact that the north of England were so welcoming and inclusive. A shame that isn't always the case now.

I refere you to Google the career of Ces Thompson. Who when not selected to face New Zealand the late Eddie Wareing said the selectors must be racist.Ces career will show you how hard it was for people of colour. I did have his Autobiography at one time. You can find is story on Google it is well worth a look.

An all to familiar story it seems with regards to his experiences. Another interesting read for sure. |
