Brilliant result. Dug in when we needed to and deserved it in the end. Great try to win it, lovely flick from Welham and always good to see Tomkins sulking at the end..

Sarge is almost unique for me in RL. He's a player who can make a balls-up every game but I wont slag him off...
...Because he always makes up for mistakes with 100% commitment. What more can you ask for from a player? I can forgive anything for effort.
Deserved MoM. Although Yates, Dudson, and Inu all played their parts.

Thought Watkins had a solid debut. Some players ooze their class, Watkins is one of those players. Didn't have a great deal to do but showed his class when he needed to. Considering it's his debut, looked relaxed and solid.
looking forward to what he can produce for us in the future.

Apart from the obvious,I thought that Brown and Tui were outstanding.
Greenwood's best game for Salford and the the 2 impact forwards,Pauli and Seb,deserve a mention.

Why we’re releasing Inu beggars belief I'm still not overly convinced with Brown, although everyone mentioned his name with regards to the last try. So he is obviously playing his general role properly. I will acknowledge those who contribute that are not so obvious, so hats-off on that score. |

I questioned Dudson a few weeks back, thought he was outstanding tonight. Sarge has the odd brain fart but effort is second to none. Really excited about Watkins after tonight, looked well up for it and classy.
Yates continues to Impress, and welham just gets better. Massive shame he’s off next season.
All in all some game, buzzing all night
