Good to see like the players who went to Hull. We have them at their peak and then pass them on.
Lannon stealing the ball off Griffin was brilliant and then he rushed and ruffled him all game. And Jones had to feign injury and go off as he was so embarrassed
Sneyd was just his usual moaning poor self.
So Atkins Lannon and Welham for Sneyd Jones Griffin
Now Escare for Our saviour and Evalds
Good business Watto and Blease

Cas' problems are not simply they need a fullback. O'B will make a difference though.

Cas' problems are not simply they need a fullback. O'B will make a difference though. GOB is a tremendous player,as is Evalds. We will miss Evalds, but Escare is as close to a ‘like for like’ replacement ,certainly on attack. |

I think Escare will be a really good fit for us and I'm sure that if there are areas to be worked on Watto will sort it out.
I just felt too many Cas reliables and metre makers aren't there at present, so identifying fullback as "the" problem was rubbish.

I don't think Trueman is made out to be as good as he actually is, granted he's still young but he goes missing many games.

I think he’s a good prospect but as always he’s definitely got a load of pressure on him because of the media glorification. Same happened to Richardson and he ended up on loan at Leigh! |

Even his short time in tawn can't have helped mind.
Their spine looks brilliant for next year.
I think a reminder some might be in order, the best players i e those that change and win games often go missing not in the Andy Farrel sense but in the Lewis Jones, David Watkins, Wally Lewis.
The difference being you realise when they're on the pitch is when they've scored a try or kicked the winning goal as opposed to they've been replaced and no one noticed.
