It’s not clear how many we’ll be able to watch. The salford statement says sky will be televising 21 games. That’s out of 84 (or maybe more)

Every game in August will be televised apparently. That’s good to hear and would make sense. 3 games on the first Sunday then 3 rounds of six games = 21 Looks like they are hoping they will be allowed crowds in from October

Good to finally get that sorted.
Farcical that there's no decision on P&R.

Just our luck to have Hull who will be under a new coach and eager to impress.

I get the impression relegation is off but the RFL don’t have the bottle to just say it and want to get agreement from all the lower league teams first so they don’t get sued. They are using the parachute payment as an incentive. Toronto might get kicked out anyway if they don’t fulfil fixtures.

That (kicking out TWP) would be another example of one size fits all nonsense in the face of the visa issues & covid.

I think they’ll work it out but if they can’t complete fixtures it would be very hard not to justify a massive points deduction next season as you can’t blame it all on Covid. I have nothing against Toronto and liked the idea but they look a right mess so far.

Government announces that they expect stadiums to reopen to fans in mid-October.

I'd put my money on no p&r.
Toronto boss sent a tweet saying about coming back stronger in 2021, inferring that theyll still be in SL next season. Maybe I'm reading too much into it though.

This is about right though Championship clubs may find this a bit hard it's the only thing that makes sense. The idea that a points deduction will result is rubbish cos that was caused by Covid delays too. I'm just hoping SRD hang on in there for when NY, Ottawa and TWP are all on the fixture list.
Also some clubs may not still be here when the smoke clears.
