Season restarts first weekend August with a triple header on Sky at Headingley for the clubs who missed games. We get going again on 8/9 August.

It’s something though. I’m most looking forward to actually watching a game live again but that seems even further off - late September possibly.

Surprised they didn’t agree on relegation at the same time. Good news,though It was a Super League announcement I think so relegation wasn’t for them to decide. Until the lower leagues sort out what they want to do there isn’t much point stirring the point - Derek will only get upset. I can’t see it happening though. |

Seeing as teams are having a 3 week mini pre season this does seem quite a long time to be waiting.
The only thing I can think of is that the longer they wait the more chances of getting bums on seats towards the end of the season.
FWIW I personally don't see fans at games, pretty impossible to socially distance.
I hope the club can find a way of doing a PPV option for the fans so we can at least contribute some pennies. I'd help but times have been very hard and the monies just not there.

Agree, think they are putting it back as long as possible on the off chance we can get fans in. I think they will, reduced numbers, but people in the ground at some point before season finishes As far as I’m aware relegation isn’t happening, which is fair I think. Not sure about promotion though |

With just home fans we could easily have our usual crowd at the AJ Bell and maintain social distancing 😉 That thought has crossed my mind countless times in the last few months, If the South Stand Standees were to Spread themselves out over the East stand then As well as creating a better atmosphere They'd also get a lot better view of the match, Being "Behind the Sticks" Has always been a bit overrated to be perfectly honest. |

The way the idiots are going we're going to have a second spike, which is anyway quite normal. And it will likely bounce from S America, Russia etc
Remember viruses like the cold as well and there's no UV to help kill it off in October.
Sadly could well write this season watching live, off.

After Watching the Plankton who headed to Bournemouth yesterday on Tv I doubt we'll see a game with a Crowd until 2021.
