"Theo Fages took the decision to not play for France this autumn because Saint Helens asked him so. The national team staff did not like it and fired him "sine die" saying that "rules must be respected".
He's good at making decisions Theo, isn't he?

I'm sure He'll thank Saints for that. He should be man enough to make his own decisions. I didn't think he was getting that much game time so why miss the chance to represent his country?

Pity Shirley isn't on here as I'd love to get her take on it. I do know when he left Salford all the people around him urged him not to leave as it was a bad move for him and more and more than is proven correct, can't see the Doc (or anyone else at the club) asking him not to represent his club. Can you imagine if Leeds high performing 2016 team did that, England wouldn't have any squad
