Those who booked to go to Toronto next month If you booked with Transat Has anybody managed to speak to them?
RE: Refunds They are the Worst possible people to deal with nearly 7 hrs combined waiting times over a week, I'm aware that Put into Perspective with the near 450'000 Worldwide who've died it's not a Massive issue However considering they do all the official Wolfpack Trips you'd think they'd have a contact in the UK. There call centre is at there HQ At Montreal Airport And there Somewhat French shoulder shrugging attitude seems to be part of the Job description, The only time I managed to speak to them I was asked rather abruptly "Why are you ringing from Germany if you're British? " !! Odd way for a representative of a Major International airline to behave. I believe there only issuing Vouchers valid for 2 years. So next year even if there's a cheaper flight with a Different airline youre stuck with Transat.
