I understand that injuries are causing a look at this but: It is not hard to find training videos or watch games where teams are trained : first one stops the player, second one stops the off-load, third one attacks the legs. If the third tackler goes above the knees, there is a possible entanglement with the others in trying to bring the tackled player down.
