It's obvious what will happen, French teams will base themselves in the UK and play home games 'on the road' where needed. I read earlier that while football is going to be played behind closed doors some games will feature on free to air channels to allow people who don't pay for Skyball coverage to watch, surely there has to be a need for the same for RL, wonder if the BBC or ITV might want to each take a live game a week which can only help increase the games profile.
I'd also look to see if Sky might want to try and follow the old Aussie model of a game on Monday nights, if you could have a live game on Sky 5 days per week that would certainly help keep us all occupied.
The governments across Europe won't allow totally free movement until the end of the kids summer school breaks to prevent wholesale mass movement for holidays.

These (badly thought out) quarantine measures might well be dropped or relaxed by August especially for entries from places like France. France would then drop their own quarantine measures the other way as they said they were only implementing them because we had. It’s two months off so lots could change, or as MR says if they can afford it they can base themselves here but they’d be away from their families etc.

Catalans have already said they are happy to base themselves in the UK, that might be muddied now with the 14 day rule unless they travel to the UK before the ban comes into force.
