another change to what was announced at the start of the season: now Thursday 23rd April, kick-off 7:45pm "Huddersfield Giants have rejigged their schedule to accommodate their game against Leeds Rhinos.
The Giants were due to host the Rhinos in round two but the fixture was postponed due to Storm Ciara....
Managing director Richard Thewlis said: โThis has been an incredibly tough rejig to work through and we have to thank all three clubs involved for their co-operation and understanding that this problem was not of our making and could, in reality happen to any of us such are the vagaries of the weather patterns at this time of year.โฆ New schedule:
Huddersfield Giants vs Warrington Wolves - Saturday 18th April, kick-off 3:00pm
Huddersfield Giants vs Salford Red Devils - Thursday 23rd April, kick-off 7:45pm
Huddersfield Giants vs Leeds Rhinos - Tuesday 28th April, kick-off 7:45pm"

I wonder why crowds aren't increasing? Comments welcome. 2 Saturday 2pm home games already (clashes with football) and now a Thu night game.๐ The 200 or so Hudds fans that came to the AJ earlier this season will be down to about 50 for this one. Throw in a reduced number of home fans due to TV/Thu (assuming it's being televised) and we'll struggle to break 3k IMO.๐

I thought it's Huddersfield away that has been moved?

I thought it's Huddersfield away that has been moved?ย Sorry my bad, for some reason I read it wrong and thought we were playing them home again!๐ณ In which case it's Hudds that'll suffer massively as it'll be more like 200 Salford fans rather than the 1200 we took last year!
