Well that was a game of 2 halves!! We were very good in the first half and should have been more than 2 points up. But we never got going in the second
Tui was excellent tonight. Especially in the first half but wax still decent even with the poor second half. Brown was good again, his kicking game especially.
Disappointed with the second half but I’m sure it helped Watto decide a few things. We better play better next week 😊

Both back rowers out tonight. How did tyke and Ormanroid go? I hadn’t even realised it was Ormondroyd until he was subbed mid way through second half. Thought it was Greenwood. (Blind man behind posts!!) So I guess that means he did well. They both went well and set a decent platform in the first half. Whole team played well in the first half. |

I think we've done our pre-season right this year. Increased the quality of the opposition and intensity with each run out. Swapped and changed roles within the squad. I think Watson has done well to build that intensity and get a look at how things will proceed. I'm not expecting a great deal against Saints, as long as we don't get a spanking then we can start gaining a bit of momentum.

Being mega negative so forgive me, y didn't sarge pass on the first try? I've heard he's not the best centre for passing but this first try was an easy wingers try! 2nd wtf was Pauli doing for one of their trys? So high and not bending his back?
All is forgiven and a clean slate for next week,but two glaring probs
