Just after we got the Burrow news, now Masoe has had to stop playing because of that injury. The quote from Tony Smith: “This is a career-ending injury. If Mose is able to walk again that will be a success."
My thoughts with all to do with him.

Terrible stuff.
Hoping he makes some kind of recovery. Does anyone know how it happened? Just a freak accident?

a bit more: www.hullkr.co.uk/mose-masoe-update-neil-hudgell/Says a lot that Rob Burrow has donated to Masoe's fund. It seems he has been playing with at least one artificial disc in his neck! Puts a lot of what passes for football on the television into the shade.

Really unlucky. Shows how precarious an RL career is. Hull KR seem to be doing right by him as do the rest of RL. Nice touch by Smith to leave him as co-captain alongside our Weller. Big blow for KR to lose such an important player too

Just seen the tackle on BBC News - absolutely nothing in it at all. His head hardly touches his teammate as he makes the tackle at all. Poor bloke.

Apparently, he can't feel anything from the chest down.
Although, he may get better because he can ever so slightly flex his feet and quads. Doesn't look great.
