This is what its all about or should be.This is where Koucash should have invested,instead of the quick fix.Who will be the academy coach as that been decided.

I'm sure someone on here said it was Danny Barton who's been looking after the Foundation team. Would be great to see a few more young lads coming through into the 1st team. There were a few a number of years back who looked like they had a chance but they never quite made it at SL level (Jon Ford, Gareth Owen, Edwin Okanga-Ajwang, George Tyson etc). Young Connor looks capable of making the step up over the next couple of years so hopefully it'll inspire a few others around him if he does. |

Danny Barton has been coaching the academy teams but he’s moving to be the reserve coach. The academy teams will continue to be coached by the Foundation team. It’s still just the college teams, there are no changes to that part of the set up. But the reserves gives a pathway from the college teams towards being full time pros so it’s a really important step for us to have one
