Look let's not kid ourselves, we've given up from the top downwards and it's easy to see that today. But when we get relegated do we all say fcuk it I don't want a salford RL team anymore? Do we give up? Do we let this proud club go? God I hope not. We deserve better than this fella's. Normally no. But you need to take into account the stuff surrounding the Club atm. It's about as precarious as it's ever been. An owner that is going to leave. We don't own anything as a Club. RL is in freefall at the moment in the UK. Financial climate is pretty dodgy. The loyal hardcore support is not going anymore. Season tickets will not be renewed. The Club does not make any money. It's not exactly optimistic stuff. If we go down and we survive in some format we will not be joining the big leagues any time in the foreseeable future. Our backs are almost broken and relegation will sound the death of any hope of our Club seeing success at the highest level. Of course this is just my opinion but if anyone can prove to me they can see a rosier future then I'm always open to having my mind changed.

Nope, can't see anything rosier, that doesn't mean give up though. Need to keep going. If only for the fact if I stop / we fold my son will end up a wire. I can't have that. Don't let it happen!!

We have a plan A, when it doesn't work we switch to plan B, then plan C, then plan D. unfortunately plans B.C and D are the same as A. In the second half we are losing, so one man rugby just run the ball in, just wasting tackles. We have lost our early season flair when Dobson and Lui used to combine with each other, now they do their own thing. Robert Lui has lost it, think he's gone on walkabout.

I'm a glass half full kinda chap always have been. So the million dollar question, can Ian watson rally the troops in a week, drop the uninterested players and pull two miracle wins out the bag to guarantee our SL status?
