Well we made it, the end of the road has been reached.
Bit of a damp squib in the end as Sale Slim was utterly barren when it mattered most predicting a Salford win actually Johnh1 came closest being only 3 out with his prediction, SS nearly clawed it back by being incredibly close with his attendance guess.
Been a fun year and I shed a little tear on Saturday as the great man would have been in the stands cheering Salford on and a proud as punch of everyone in blacks efforts.
So the final result is.
Johnh1 - 13 Salford Slim - 10
John I'll PM you and work out how I'll get you your voucher.
Been a cracking year and as always had a giggle doing this.

Thanks Michiganred, and thanks to everyone who took part especially Salfordslim who ran me close, but who, on the day was just not quite good enough. If a few refs calls had gone the other way, who knows what would have happened. But anyway, onwards and upwards, and looking forward to defending my title next year.

Yeah yeah, congrats and all that b0ll0cks johnh1.😉😂 Haha, like my heroes I fell at the last hurdle but it was an honourable defeat.😁 Cheers MR for the hard work and commiserations John (for having to endure your "prize" of a taxi ride with MR😉). Been a lot of fun and always adds something a bit extra to each weekend during the season. Enjoy the off season everyone and see you same time, same place next Feb.👍 PS. I'm SalfordSlim on here @michiganred.... I'm only SaleSlim on RLFans as I was banned by a diva Wigan mod a couple of years back.😂 |
