How late can Sky force a change of date for this?
London beat them this week and you've got to think our game and the Wakefield V London games will be the games they screen live.

10 days I think. Taking the mick now - I’ve got allsorts to sort out if they change it to Thursday or Friday and the trains get more expensive every day that passes.

I doubt the RL (or SL) have the cojones to insist both games kick off at the same time. Soccer or cricket would.

Do the play off games start the week after the HKR game? If so will we look at moving HKR to the Friday anyway, to avoid a possible Sunday/Thursday turnaround if we make the play offs?

Tough on the HKR fans if it’s moved to Thursday or Friday. If London were to beat Hull KR, I believe it would only be fair for our game and the Wakey v London game to be on at the same time. Perhaps they could do a red button split screen option like they had when City & Liverpool battled it out for the Premier League title. |

If Skysports Do Move the Match It's only fair That they should Hand out Drink & Food Vouchers !?!? Admittedly the Booze isn't the best at the AJ Bell but a bit of Goodwill wouldn't go a miss along with a Hotdog or Pie.

If, as is likely, we finish 4th or 5th, pretty sure that the 4v5 game will be on the Thursday. So it will be a quick turnaround if we play the HKR game on Sunday. I agree, Wakey v London and Salford v HKR should be played at the same time, preferably Friday.

You say this, but had we taken the lead and changed the game to the Friday, you could guarantee Sky would have changed it to the Thursday. Had we changed it to the Thursday, Sky would have put us on the Friday. Personally, I think the club have done right to hold off announcing a change of date but informing people that the date will be finalised following the conclusion of the penultimate round. |
