But for 2020 how many overseas/KOLPAK/Marsian spots do we have available?
Would love for Inu to stay but not sure he counts anyway?

Overseas Quota
With Sau gone, Hastings and Nakumbuwai going that would leave us with 2 overseas players and 1 NFT player available

Lost Hastings, Ben; Yates in Lost Hastings Ben, Sau
So does that mean we have room for 1 overseas and 2 NFT ( assuming overseas will take a NFT place?)

Inu was given an exemption when Widnes went south. Not sure how long that exemption lasts though.
We’ve got two free overseas/NFT spots next year as I understand it.

Based on that then it's 2 then (can't see Big B staying).

Here are the current allocations (Cas have 5 overseas and 7 NFT): www.totalrl.com/super-leagues-club-by-club-guide-to-overseas-quota-usage/. Your Salford summary looks about right to me. It would be interesting to find out how long Inu’s exemption lasts. Is there a precedent? Even if he wasn’t exempt and we resigned him we’d still have a free overseas/NFT spot - doubt we will need more than that.

Pretty sure with Inu it is as long as he remains at the club that signed him after the ex parent club (Widnes) released him due to financial problems.

If be bending over backwards to keep hold of Inu, even if it means taking up a NFT/quota spot.

If be bending over backwards to keep hold of Inu, even if it means taking up a NFT/quota spot. Definitely, not convinced he's a winger but worth a week in week out starting spot. As an aside why on Sunday did he take 1 conversion and TL the rest?

As an aside why on Sunday did he take 1 conversion and TL the rest? I think it was because Tui had just ran the length and was knackered and took a hit scoring but it might also be because the conversion was way out right while all the others were on the left or closer in. I’d guess it was the former. On a related note - Inu was ice cold taking the high balls on the wing but was a bit slow defending one of the kicks behind.
